Bellavera (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information we collect. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information (including, where relevant, health information) in compliance with applicable Alberta legislation (including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and the Health Information Act (HIA), if applicable).

What is “Personal Information”

How We Disclose Personal Information
Bellavera will not share or sell any mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may disclose your personal information under limited circumstances, when it is necessary and appropriate for the purposes for which the information was collected, including:

If You Provide Health Information (HIA-governed)
If Bellavera acts as a “custodian” under HIA (i.e. collects, uses, stores or discloses individually identifying health information), we commit to the following:
